May I know what debug command I need to use to check the call drop of VOIP.

You can use:
debug h225 asn1
It would be more helpful if you give your question more detail, like your setup and when the call is dropping, during the conversation or during the connection. But try that one above. Good luck.

You can do debug voip ccapi inout and debug h225 asn1 and look for the disconnect. Look for the CallID and you will know whether your local GW is dropping the call or the remote GW is dropping the call.
