While trying to generate the 16 digit webex activation code for Cisco webex room kit plus,

I couldn't sign in to settings.webex.com

Please help

Assuming you have the appropriate device registration subscription, you need to configure the workspace and generate an activation code from https://admin.webex.com.

How to get Register Room Kit if can't login into https://admin.webex.com/login

You only need the activation code if you are registering the Room Kit Codec to the Webex Cloud.

If you are going to use it registered to another call control (CUCM, VCS, Expressway, or Standalone) you don't need to use the code at all, and can instead skip the startup wizard completely.
