We upgraded our CMS and CMM several steps this weekend. We went from CMS 2.9.7 to 3.8 and from a fairly early release of CMM to version 3.8 there as well.
In parallel with our Cisco environment, we also have an S4B environment that works together and runs Dual Home.
Before we upgraded the CMS and CMM, we could see meetings in the CMM as "Dual Homed Meeting" and in these cases it was a set up Skype meeting where several Skype users participated and maybe also one or more Cisco Endpoints. We do not see this form of meetings today after the upgrade. We only see meetings that are "pure" Cisco meetings.
We are guessing that some setting has changed from our previous version 2.9.7 to 3.8 of the CMS.
The funny thing is that the meetings with Skype and Cisco work just like before, only we can't see them in the CMM
Does anyone know of this or had a similar problem?
