CMS IVR keeps saying "Please enter your caller id..." when called from PSTN. But calls to IVR works for DTMF, entering caller ID(Meeting ID) then joins the meeting.

I have the same issue, works perfectly dialing the IVR from internal, but calls coming in from PSTN, keep asking for Meeting ID.
have tried changing the dtmf on the cms trunk from CUCM, no difference.

Hi Alex, How did you get this resolved? I've got the same issue. The SIP Trunk from the PSTN to the CUCM is secure. The SIP Trunk from the CUCM to the CMS Cluster is secure as well.

Hi, i would recommend to you to open a new thread if you have a problem, and don't answer on a post, that is years old and already marked as "solved" for the original problem.
