HI,
I am configuring CMS (2.1.5) as a combined server with WebRTC access for internal and external users (no Meeting Server App). We are using VCS Expressway (8.9.2) for the TURN server for external access and while waiting for certifcates etc to be be signed we are trying to access the url for WebRTC internally. The join URL has been added to the internal DNS and I can reach the web bridge login page and get the option to join a Space or log in.
When I try and join a space I either get "Unable to connect to the Meeting Server - try again later" or some other message. The Web bridge is set up to trust the call bridge certificate.
Can anyone offer pointers as to what could be causing this? As I understand the TURN server isnt required internally and the XMPP server is required to authenticate the guest. The XMPP server is configured and the callbrdge is registered.
Appreciate any info
Samson

I use a split setup so it may be different but have you set up the CallBridge to recognize the Webbridge under Configuration->General through the CallBridge Web Admin page?

Hi,
Do you mean the web bridge GUI settings? If so, yes. The guest account client URI is set
to https://join.example.com and the Guest account JID domain is set to cms.example.com.
We did change the domain halfway through from the deployment and changed the guest URL but we have restarted the server since then...

hmmm, do you see anything in the logs or under the Status page in Web Admin?

Hi,
Thanks - I did see something in the logs to do with the connection being dropped - We have solved it - It turned out to be a DNS problem related to the SRV record to resolve the XMPP server.
