Hello
You must configure CMS with XMMP Multidomain
4.5.1
Configuring XMPP multi-domains
A single XMPP server can host multiple XMPP domains. For example, both example.com and example.org can exist on the same Meeting Server. It is possible to configure multiple tenants with the same XMPP domain (as in previous releases), or each tenant with their own domain, or mix these schemes.
After that you have the possibility to login via webRTC with different Domain wich you have added.
Best regards
Georg

try to analyse with >syslog follow
and then login with the differetn domain, maybe you will see that DNS entry is not made for the additional domain.
or did you get the failure if you start XMPP ?
