Is The system TX9000 compatible with Cisco Webex Control Hub? Or is there any way to integrated between them?

If you're asking if a TX9000 can be registered to the cloud like you can an MXG2 or Room Series/Kits, the answer is no. The TX9000 is quite old, and even it's replacement the IX5000 is not a supported endpoint on the Webex cloud service. Both of these register to CUCM, and only CUCM.
These endpoints can, however, dial into meetings hosted on Webex Meeting Server or Webex Teams, assuming you have your expressway setup to allow calls to/from the internet.
