Connecting DX70 to HP Folio 9470m Laptop

Using the HP Digital Display port on the 9470 laptop, I'm connected to a DX70 using a DD port adapter to HDMI cable out of the laptop to the HDMI In on the DX70.  Unable to get the DX70 to "see" the laptop or use the DX70 as a second display or for content sharing. Have switched the HDMI cable between both ports on the DX70. Results = No Joy - has anybody seen this? any fixes??

Hi,

Did you try connecting your laptop to other display with HDMI ports?

Some tricks connecting the cable in order would work:

1. Connect first the DP to HDMI adapter to laptop (wait for 5-10 seconds, this procedure will detect what kind of video signal/resolution that will be supported before transmitted on the HDMI.

2. Connect the HDMI to DX70 HDMI input port indicated with laptop icon
