Hi All
We have a client that has an SX20 with ISDN link and Multisite loaded. There are 4 x BRI ISDN lines active and installed. Does anyone know how many concurrent telephone calls the unit will support. I know the theory says its 64k per call which should equal 8 calls .... but has anyone tested this before?
Thanks!

Sx20 can support 3 other video calls and 1 addtional audio calls, so you are still limited by that.

Have you tried looking at a hosted solution for your client. That may be another viable option.

Hi Chris,
The SX 20 has a capability of 1 video + 1 audio call (if multi-site option is not installed)
If multi-site option is installed, SX20 has capability of 3 video + 1 audio call.
Thanks,

Hi Chris,
You can check the capability of the maximum number of audio and video calls in the xstatus.
Thanks,
