Configure WebRTC with webproxy on Expressway and Meeting Server (Acano)

Hi,

I configured a Cisco Meeting Server and a Expressway pair after this guide:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/conferencing/meeting-server/210800-Configure-CMS-WebRTC-Proxy-over-Expressw.html

to provide WebRTC clients for Meetings via Webproxy of Expressway C.

If the internal domain and the public domain is the same, e.g. xyz.com, it works fine.

Now the internal domain is different to public. In this case the public domain is xyz.com and the internal domain is xyz.local.

I get a error "Bad Request" if I run the Meeting URL from internet.  Internal access to the meeting server with webrtc is working. I didnt see anything blocking at the firewall. I didnt see any entry in meeting server log. I think there is an problem to "NAT" xyz.com to xyz.local on Expressway C? I didnt see corresponding entries in Expressway C log.

Any hints for me?

Hello!

I'm afraid this answer will be a bit late.

If you are trying to do WebRTC Proxy with dual domain you can follow this guide:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/expressway/211301-Configure-Proxy-WebRTC-With-CMS-over-Exp.html

On this document you will find the section "WebRTC page shows Bad Request"

You will need to make some changes to the DNS configuration in order to have dual domain.
