what is the benefit when i connect the MCU with CUCM ?! , and how can i connect and configure MCU with CUCM.

If you don't have conductor and only CUCM with MCU then you can achieve the ad hoc video conference facility.
Also for meetme as mentioned in above doc you have to create H323 Trunk pointing to MCU for meet me conference.
Although this is not preferred architecture from Cisco, still you can make it use for adhoc video conference in CUCM environment.
