CTS-MAN 1.8: Cannot add TIP VC-Endpoint

Hi,

I´ve tried to add a TIP-Enabled Polycom Endpoint to CTS-Manager, but the TIP checkbox has been automatically deactivated after adding the endpoint.

any ideas?

CTM Manager is a device for conference scheduling and is used for (OBTP One Button to Push) .Not sure what kind of integrations that you are trying .

Can you please provide more details into your requirement.

I´m refering to:

especially to:

"TIP enabled (Video Conferencing endpoint only):

Select this checkbox if this video conferencing endpoint is

compatible with TelePresence Interoperability Protocol (TIP).

Note TIP-enabled endpoints can use CTMS version 1.8 or TS

for resource allocation. With endpoints that are not

TIP-enabled, multipoint meetings require a CTMS and

an MXE in a scheduled state."
