CTS "Transfer" Softkey?

We are running 1.7 on our CTS endpoints and have the Midlet running on the CTS phones as well.  I have been asked for the ability to transfer a call from one CTS room to another.

Currently, it appears that the MIdlet controls the softkeys that are presented on the phone, is that correct?

I cannot get a transfer softkey to appear on the CTS phones.  Is this by design?  Do CTS endpoints even support call transfer functionality?

Hello,

The softkeys are a part of the MIDlet that are served up by the codec software.  The "transfer" softkey is not included as the CTS endpoints do not support the call transfer functionality.
