Dear all,
I have two CTS systems (500 and 1300) in my office, and CTS-500 is registeredl with CUCM 8.0.
The problem in CTS1300 is IP phone shows "system problem ???" , and both CTS1300 and its IP phone are registered to CUCM as well.
I have tried to reboot and factory reset the IP Phone 7975, however, the problem still exists.
Can anyone give some suggestions for me please.

The issue is fixed, it is because the camera connection is loosen.
