I was wondering what the most current version of the software/firmware running on the D9032 MPEG2 encoder was to see if it needed an update.

Take a look here to see what appear to be the various firmware releases and info:

Hello,
Thanks for the link, but the domain scientificatlanta.com is not working anymore.
Any ideas?
We have this encoder, is working fine, but is not accepting the menu inputs.
For instance I you set the input to SDI, it always goes back to PAL, or if you set a data bit rate of 8000 is always going back to 4000. The menus are unlocked
Thank you!

As that unit went End of Sale in December 2011, and End of Support by Cisco at the end of 2016, it's an extremely old piece of hardware that you should probably consider replacing with something more current and supportable.
In any case, Cisco transferred the RMA and support of those old Scientific Atlanta devices to Technicolor so you may be able to get some assistance from them if they still provide any support for them.
