Disable Cisco C40 missed call message/alert

Hi,

We have a setup of C40 codec with control system. The touchpanel has very limited control over the video conference system, thus unable to dismiss the "missed call" message or alert that appear on sceen.

The missed call alert will appear permanently on the screen even after you initiated another call. Is there any API command or ways to disable the missed calls alert/message prompt?

We cant disable OSD. It is one of the requirements.

You can clear the "missed call" message when you purge or actively go into the missed calls - on the history tab.

Hi,

In upcoming TC6 release, there will be a command that allow you to turn off the notification shown on the display screen OSD (if you are not using the touch).
