1. Is it possible to just use the Speakertrack mics in the backpanel for VC calls
and camera tracking without the need for any tabletop microphones at all?
2. We are currently using Cisco VC unit with 3rd party microphones and would like
to know if these will integrate well with the Speakertrack?
Currently using Shure MX393/O Microflex Omnidirectional Boundary Microphone
3. Do we need the table top microphones for any sound reference for the Speakertrack to pick
up the speaker closest to the mic?

The microphone array on the SpeakerTrack 60 is for camera tracking only, and cannot be used to transmit participant audio during a call, and no external microphones can connect to the SpeakerTrack. SpeakerTrack 60 uses it's microphone array to pick up participant audio and determine roughly where the speaker is, while the cameras use facial detection to determine who the active speaker is.

The SpeakerTrack60 will do its own job without depending on the microphone you are integrating with the codec. As Patrick mentioned, the SpeakerTrack60 will only be used for tracking the active speaker in the room using its own built-in microphone panel and having it synchronized with the cameras to track the face of the speaking person. The SpeakerTrack60 will work even without plugging external microphones on the codec but of course you cannot send local audio from the participants to far end without your external microphone plugged in on the codec.
