Can you check the video input detected under Configuration > Peripherals.
Here you can check if the DVI cable and signal is detected by the codec and give you reason why it is not detected like unsupported video format. What is the video source you are trying to connect on the DVI input? Have you tried using other known working DVI cable?

Hi,
Kindly see attached. For the video source we used is a DVI connector(Source 2).
Yes we did verified that the DVI cable is working when we tried to connect it to a laptop and getting an output. It seems that only it is compatible with HDMI connection only.
Thank you

Have you tried to change the DVI type other than AutoDetect?

hi,
check what is your configuration for this :
xConfiguration Video Input DVI[2] Type: <AutoDetect, Digital, AnalogRGB, AnalogYPbPr>

Just checking what may be obvious to some, but not necessarily to others as you say that the HDMI is working - are you trying to use the DVI as an output? If so, this will not work, as the DVI is an input connection for sharing content from a DVI source (ie a laptop) to the video conferencing endpoint.
The only video Outputs are the two HDMI connectors.
