This is probably an obvious question, but why is my DX70 missing the 'Add' button?
I want to set up an Ad-Hoc conference. The User Guide says to just press the Add button and dial the 3rd party. When I am on a call, I only see the 'Hold', Keypad', and 'EndCall' buttons. If I put the call on hold, I can call another endpoint, but can't join the calls. I have combed through Setup>Configuration, but didn't see anything.
The DX70 was upgraded to CE9.2.1. It is pointed to VCS, and I have Conductor with enough video conferencing resources. As far as I can tell, this is not a licensing issue.
I am considering registering the unit to CallManager, but I would have to apply the Device Pack.
Thanks, Randy

Thanks. I registered the DX70 to a lab server running CUCM 11.5. All buttons appear like the User Guide.
I guess there is a Device Pack install in my future.
Thanks, Randy
