Hello UC Experts,
I have DX80 still want to convert to CE from Android based.
I installed the latest & suggested version: cmterm-s52040ce9_15_3_18.k3.cop.sgn to CUCM v11.5.
I added the phone Cisco DX80 and changed the phone load as that, that is no any response from DX80.Telepresent,

(Need the software of cmterm-ce820-synergy213b.cop.sgn <--- cannot download by cisco software download already)

Cop file: Convert from Android to CE cmterm-synergy-ce9_10_0_no_defaults.cop.sgn. its a deferred version. contact Cisco TAC, they will help you download the file.
Or try Cloud Upgrader tool

Migrate a DX device to CE software with the
Cloud Upgrader tool
1. Tap the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the DX device.
2. Open the Settings application and navigate to More... > TFTP Server.
3. Enter the IP address of the Cloud Upgrader tool:
• TFTP Server 1: upgrade.cisco.com or 35.185.22.200
• When prompted, erase the Trust List files.
• TFTP Server 2: <leave blank>
• When prompted, erase the Trust List files

I am successful to convert CE, but still fail to register CUCM v11.5 as
Provisioning failed: Failed to process the content of /SEPXXXXXXXXXXX.cnf.xml.sgn
Any idea on that?

Try to Do a factory reset of DX 80 and re-add the device on CUCM
