I just got a DX80 endpoint for myself. It's registered with our CUCM 10.5 environment, but also has WebEx client (and our cloud hosted webex meeting center).
Is it possible to share content from my DX80 WebEx client? It's odd -- I can share my screen while on a regular video call. And I know the latest webex client allows content sharing from other tablets. But I can't seem to do it from the DX80?
Thanks!

How we can upgrade the software version in Cisco DX80.

Upgrading the firmware of DX80 is done using Cisco Unified OS Administration.
You can refer to this guide for the procedures:
http://www.cisco.com/web/software/282074288/116734/cmterm-dx80.10-2-2-23-readme.html
Checking on Cisco's website for available firmware for the DX80, the latest available version is 10.2(4.99). Version 11 is not available yet. You could try if this work for you:

Cisco DX series endpoints using WebEx can receive and view shared content/presentation during meeting. I'm not sure if it is also capable of sending/sharing content/presentation using WebEx with the current versions you are using.
You could check with WebEx support as well to confirm:
https://cisco-support.webex.com/guest/articles/en_US/Usability_FAQs/WBX52710/myr=false
Procedure for upgrading firmware of Cisco DX series endpoints is done using your Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) under OS Administration. The procedure is the same for any endpoints/phones that is being managed by CUCM. The only difference were the type of loads (COP file) to be used for your specific endpoint. This "load" or the "firmware" is loaded by CUCM to your endpoint during boot up. You can download the COP file for your DX80 here: https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=286267308&flowid=71643&softwareid=282074288&release=10.2(4.99)&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
For upgrade procedure refer to this guide http://www.cisco.com/web/software/282074288/116734/cmterm-dx80.10-2-2-23-readme.html under "Cisco DX80 Installation Instructions".
I couldn't find specific guide for upgrading procedures for DX80 but you can refer to this link for same procedure:

To check the firmware version, choose Aboutdevice in the Settings application. Under Active load which is the version of the firmware that is currently installed.

I found that in order to share from my DX80 in a WebEx session, you need to dial in the video address of the CMR WebEx session that you want to attend (i.e.: 5551212@cmr.webex.com) and from there you'll have access to the share button.

Hope it works for you! I don't have the issue anymore :-)
