I have two E20 ip-phones with ‘best effort’ encryption settings. Software - TE4.0.0.246968. When I didn’t set the VCS address in the menu, a p-t-p call has the encryption. Only I set any TMS settings (real or fake), the p-t-p call becomes non-encrypted. Did anybody had this problem?

Hi Amayak - Good morning. Could you verify this call is local to VCS? Also, when you register to VCS, can you force both to Auto or TLS for connection method and re-verify through VCS?

Hi,
I am using VCS x7.0.2, E20 TE4.0 and in a point to point call when registered to VCS, is still an encrypted call.
