Hi all!
I found out the reason why E20 phones are not able to work with static IP address. It works correct if you disable Voice VLAN. This is useful if you do not use the unit as IP-phone and do not have Voice VLAN configured on the switch. Unfortunately I do not have one of them with service contract and I cannot open TAC request.

Hi Alexey,
This was one of the known issues which E20 dealt with.
Could you tell me what is your current software version running on E20?
If it is TE 4.1 , then please downgrade it to TE 4.0. This should resolve your problem.
Let me know if you need any other help.
Thanks,
Saurabh

Hi Saurabh. Yes, I`m using 4.1 but I solved the issue by disabling VLAN. My post was some kind of help if anyone would have the issue in future.

in TE 4.0 , you won't have to disable Voice VLAN as well.

The issue is not resolved in the last firmware. I found the solution to roll back in 4.0, set static IP and then upgrdae back to 4.1. So I decided to show another solution I found out
