Hi Community,
We have bunch of SX80 endpoints that are registered on CUCM. We are trying to enable the encrypted call but cannot make work.
On the SX80 endpoints Configuration > Conference we set the Encryption mode to ON. If we try point to point call, the call doesn't connect. Both endpoints are set to Encryption mode ON. When set to Best Effort it works but it says "Call not encrypted".
Is there any settings we need to check on the CUCM side?

Are you using a non-secure phone profile or secure?
To enable encryption, you should be using a secure phone profile. See the "Encrypted vs nonencrypted communication" section in the TelePresence Endpoints Deployment Guide for CUCM 11.0.1 (CE8.0) on pg 4.
