Hello - Does anyone know if it is possible to enable SSH on the TelePresence Server for Virtual Maching (version 4.3)?
I don't have access to the VMware console but I would like to inititate a packet capture using the "nettap" command.
thx.

TelePresence Server dosen't have SSH access, the only methods to college packet captures are from either the console or web interface.
TelePresence Server, MCU, IP VCR, and Gateway Network Packet Capture
Collect Network Packets from Cisco MCU/TS with the Web Interface

Hi Josh,
As mentioned by Patrick, Cisco Telepresence server doesn't have SSH access. If you want to run packet capture using "nettap" command, then it has to run via VMware console.
If you want to run packet captures via Web interface then you have to provide the serial number to Cisco TAC in order to obtain the Advanced Diagnostics feature key which is valid for three days.
