Hello,
When trying to connect to our MCU via Conference Director it says that CD is not enbaled on this MCU. I am looking through our 8510's web interface and I can't find where to enable conference director anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Conference Director requires an option key installed on all MCU's you want to connect to.

Is there a generic option key for Conference Director, or would I have to get one directly from Cisco?

Cisco, it's a paid option, based on the series of MCU you have. For the MSE 8510 it would be LIC-8510-CCD.
