Hi,
We encountered an issue on publishing presence of endpoints and jabber via VCS Expressway.
These endpoints/jabber that are registered on the VCS-C are not publishing an "online" status or a green icon on the jabber's phonebook which is registered on the VCS-E.
Also both jabber users registered on same VCS-E is publishing wrong presence status. It displays "offline" even they are registered on the VCS and Online status is set on the jabber client.
No issue on endpoints/jabber registered on VCS-C.
Jabber client registered on the VCS-E can make call to endpoint/jabber registered on the VCS-C and vise versa.
On both VCS-C and VCS-E Presence configuration:
SIP Simple Presence User Agent: "ON"
Default published status for registered endpoints: "Online"
SIP SIMPLE Presence Server: "On"
Presence User Agent and Presence Server status on both VCS are active.
Thank you for help.

HI
You should only have the presence server enabled on the VCS-C. The PUA should be enabled on both VCS-C and VCS-E.
Are you using FindMe?

Hi Magnus,
Thank you for the quick response and very good solution.
We already resolve the issue. Disabing the SIP Simple Presence on the VCS-E resolves our issue.
Thank you for your help.
By the way, we're not using FindMe feature we don't have a that option licence for the VCS.
Thank you!
