Endpoints keep disconnecting with the status "Remote Rejected"

Need help.  Our endpoints are constantly losing connection with the VCS. Sometimes it takes 5 mins or 3 hours before it losses connection.  On the call logs, i see the reason for disconnect is "Remote Rejected".  When our VCS provider checks on their end, they see all my endpoints unregistering and reregistering constantly.  So this is only happening to my endpoints that are coming from our external network.  Our internal network endpoints are not having any issues at all.  We've check the firewall and nothing seems to be out of place.  Has anyone had a similar issue?
