EX60 URI

Hi,

I would like to ask for small help. I have EX60 registered to CUCM. We also have Expressway-C and -E deployed.


Device is registered successfully to CUCM. I have added DN on line of this EX and from this DN shoule be user Directory Uri propagated.

But when I call that URI call is not done. I see on EX60 web that sip profile is 2401@domain.com istead of user.name@us.domain.com (which is Directory URI).

How to successfully have one URI registered as on Jabber as on TelePresence EX60?

I would like to check the following four items

  • Please check if you have associated end user from Directory number information page
  • Please check the end user is assigned as owner on the phone configuration page.
  • Please check if you have associated the EX60 device DN  to the end user created with Directory URI
  • Please check if Directory number associate on the end user page is updated with DN information

i also want to make sure if your URI dialing to other phones.
