Exporting Jabber (Movi) User Details (not inc password)

Hi,

I've been asked to provide a list of Jabber (movi) users and therefore need to export all user details, not including their passwords. I've contacted our system vendor and they have advised this cannot be performed from TMS and will need to be done directly from the database.

I've been asked to support the appropiate SQL commands to retreive this information.

I'm running TMS version 15.4

Any suggestions on the process and/or SQL commands?

You have two options depending on what you're looking for:

• Systems > Provisioning > Devices (displays all devices which have been provisioned)
• Export Provisioning Directory to a File (based on provisioning directory phone book source, see pg 206 of TMS 15.4 Admin Guide)
