I updated expc to version 14.0.6, after the update, this error appeared. How can I solve it, please tell me?

Have you read what is stated under "Action" in your screenshot? Everything you need to know is stated there.

check your DNS server >> A records + Reverse Records..
you must both have two DNS record (A + Reverse PTR) for your EXPC FQDN name correctly..

also, check SANs you entered in Certificate of EXPC, maybe its needed to updated or entered new one..
