external call capacity issue with Web Bridge 2

we have external call capacity issue from webRTC client  due to web bridge 2 limitation (100 connections per Web Bridge 2) 

how can we increase capacity of external call ? can we have multiple or cluster Web Bridge 2 ?

our infrastructure is Single CMS 2000

if i want to increase capacity of CMA webRTC client that come from external call, should i deploy more express way or web bridge ?

we will scale up to support 400-500 external call

Strongly recommend at moving over to webbridge3 on CMs 3.X and later
