External Endpoints Dialing by IP to Expressway-E

Hi

i've 4 endpoint for teleprencese registered on cucm 10.5, i whish receive call from any endpoint from internet trough publich ip address nated on expressway-e

i'm setting the flowing configurations on expressway, but no work

Pattern type: Regex

Pattern string: (.*)##(.*)

Pattern behavour: Replace

Replace string: \2@mycompany.com

This will transform something like 123.123.12.1##12345 to 12345@mycompany.com

if the external enpoint call directy 12345@mycompany.com the call is completed, but if external endpoint dial 123.123.12.1##12345, the destination was unreachable.

what think about this issue?

Have you look at your search history to see if the pattern was successfully transformed? Did you use the check pattern tool on your expressway to check that your pattern can be transformed

hi i was resolve from external i receive only 4 digit when external phone dial 123.123.123.1##1003

i'm configured transform (\d{4}) remplace for \1@mydomain.com

now the call is completed.
