Hi all,
There is some issue on the Webex Registered Room Kit and customer has factory reset the device. It is possible to connect it back to the webex by just generate the code from the same workspace and use for the same factory reset device ? What is the best sequence to do so ? We are hoping that we do not need to recreated and reconfigure the the webex room kit once it registered.

Just generate a new activation code and enter in the reseted device.
All the info in the Control hub will be transferred again to the device. All local settings on the device itself will be lost (that's the reason for a factory reset).
