Failed 404 SX20 Registration CUCM 8.6

Hello everyone,

We re trying to register an SX20 to a CUCM 8.6. However, we are getting Failed: 404 Not Found error message. We installed device package cmterm-devicepack8.6.2.25140-1.cop  and rebooted the CUCM. 

We are running CUCM version 8.6.2.20000-2 and SX20 firmware is TC7.0.2.aecf2d9. We actually have a C40 uo and running in the same CUCM but a different firmware version TC6.2.1.69d401c.

Mister possibly Necrophiliac ))), why CUCM 8.6?

I didn't find anything about SX20 here (Device Package 8.6(2)(25140-1) Release Notes)

On your cucm, after installing devicepack , did it gave you an option to choose device type as SX 20 while adding the device? 

doesnt looks like that dev pack has sx 20 support.

So CUCM sends a 404 for registration method.
