Gatekeeper Restart unexpectedly

Dear Sir,

I have two Gatekeeper in our network, when i check system information, the Gatekeeper has been restarted unexpectedly.

and i have another error log in eventlog,

I need help about the means of this log, Thankyou before.

Hi,

There's not a lot to go on there really. It just looks like the syslog and ssh deamons are starting and then the gatekeeper software itself starts up.

But that is a really old software version - I'd recommend upgrading to N6.3

You can get the software from here - http://ftp.tandberg.com/pub/software/gatekeeper/

You'll need a release key to go from N5 to N6 - you should talk to your Cisco account manager or Partner about that.

If this GK has valid service contract, N6 release key for software upgrade can be get from either…,

  1. Contact Cisco License Team (license@cisco.com) with your Endpoint Serial Number and service contract information.
  2. Check license from on-line tool, http://www.cisco.com/go/license.
