Hey guys,
Now, I want to control sx20 Codec (Call, Pan / Tilte Camera, ...)
Because the codec does not have an Rs-232 port so I have to use a USB port.
But I can not connect RS-232 (Extron IPCP Pro 350) to Codec

My configuration baudrate device is 115200
D + - Tx
D- - Rx
GND
TdJD0ch

All your idea is your help for me

the default baud rate is 38400 - did you change it? I believe you have to go to the command line to change the port settings.

You definitely can do this if you have the right connections and settings - see the admin guide for details:

The default speed for the serial port on the SX20 is 38400, not 115200.  This is mentioned in this thread: SX20, Control with RS-232.  You also need to make sure (as also discussed there) that you are using one of the supported USB->Serial adaptors (ones with the PL2303 or FTDI chipset).  Cisco recommends using the UC232R-10 USB to RS232 (FTDI) adaptor for the most tested and stable serial connection.
