Homescreen - One button call

Hello together,

my first question here, maybe you can help me.
We have a couple of SX20, SX80 and two DX80 in our company.

Is there a way to place a button on the home screen of the touch panel or the DX80, which dials a specific SIP number?
Just one "click" on the button to call.

It's not currently possible, the only buttons that can be placed on the Touch 10 are used for In-Room Controls which requires an external third-party control system such as AMX or Crestron, where the control system can be programmed to dial out whenever the button is pressed.

Your only solution at the moment is to add a contact as a favorite to the endpoints phone book.
