How can we simply record the live TelePresence session (between CTS and CTS)? Then we can playback it on the PC,

Not possible with a single Cisco product. The CTS-RS does not record live sessions.
One solution would be: use a third CTS-codec, disable the cams and mics, put it into a multisite session (as a silent participant), use the video out signal (HDMI), transcode it and mix both audio/video into an encoder, stream it then to a recording server.
You can see, that this quite a material involment and certainly needs professional parts. But it's doable. Depends how many times you would like to use it.

Then, will this feature be added in the roadmap? Anyone know?

One way could be to use a Cisco Telepresence Server together with the Cisco Telepresence Content Server. The CTS-Endpoints can use the TPS for the meeting and you could add the Cisco Telepresence Content Server for recording the meeting.
I think that could be a way for meeting recording, but I know that is no cheap way

That is precisely how we record our CTS sessions if needed. We add a predefined TCS profile to the TP Server and disable the video and audio send settings on the participant profile which prevents it from taking a space in the filmstrip and Distracting everyone. Great quality and the ability to transcode and distribute as needed.

Thanks. So we need TPS in this situation. Not sure if Cisco has any plans to build a new product to resolve this.
