Sounds and looks familiar. I had to RMA my one that had the same problem recently. Make sure, that you have portfast enabled on the switchport before doing any upgrades. But when it blinks, its too late. Happy to hear any other ways to fix it. Danny
Webex Onetouch for non CTS environments is planned. Some say for this year. What exactly it needs is not yet sure. If somethings runs on a MCU or in TMS, who knows. When webex is involved, info is always hard to get and timing as well. Cheersdanny
Are you following the Cisco guidelines reg. the minmum release of CUCM? Should be 8.5 at least. Also, have you tried to 1.7.5 first, just to verify. Be aware that with the higher versions, it's not anymore FTP upload, it's now a cop file. Danny
