I call follow H.323 protocol, please help me!

Cisco video endpoints used the URI dialing method "E.164number@IPaddress".

E.164number = 8888

IPaddress = 192.168.x.x (IP address of the MCU for example). You should know the IP address of the Polycom RMX.

If you have the Polycom Room ID "8888" which is an registered alias of the MCU, from SX20 dial 8888@192.168.x.x. Then you will be asked for the PIN/Room password, enable DTMF and enter 123456 to connect on the conference.

Or you can also try this shortcut method for H323 call - h323:<roomID>**<password>@<MCU_IPaddress>

ex. h323:8888**123456@192.168.x.x

Thanks Acevirgil for your support,

Heretofor, i testing with method SX 20 Cisco call H.323 to Room on MCU Polycom: Room_ID#@IP_MCU Polycom. and success, but with room not set password. Now case, my customer set password for room, i will test with method that your support, hope success!

OK so I tested using an EX90 ,

So what I wanted to do is call a Conf.Room that has a password.

Room_ID#Room_Pass@Public IP

That should get you through.
