One of our clients using Cisco MSE8000 MCU with 30 port 8420 media card

Vedio Latency at remote Locations where Camera has connected ?

An ICMP ping is the easiest to see the latency to the MCU itself.
Regards RTP, check the RTCP values, for example with a network analyzer / wireshark.
If you see your self view via the mcu you could also measure the time of a local recording where you
show something till you see it on the screen :-)
