How to disable dual dial out from Codec Pro

Jashiki

We are having issues with our codec accidentally dialing out multiple calls at once causing feedback.  Is there a setting where this can be disabled?

Hi @Jashiki ,

What do you mean with accidentally? A user places multiple calls or codec does by itself?

Please let me know

if the room is in a call, and the dial gets pressed again - we will end up in multiple calls. it is also happening randomly with the programing where the call is placed twice and causes feedback. was hoping to just disable the feature all together.

Hi,

Is the codec registered to Webex or CUCM?

By default, the codec should send one  outbound call only while the "IncomingMultisiteCall Mode" parameter, will allow to receive another call while on a active call. (active by default)

Please let me know

Thanks a lot

Also, is this happening with Cisco’s native user interface on a Room Navigator / Touch 10 or have you built a custom UI on a 3rd-party touch panel (eg Crestron)?

A video of this happening would be instructive.
