How to enable Duo Video on Codian MSE 8510

While we are dialing Point to Point, DuoVideo Options gives us the Flexibility of toggling between Far End Video and Far End Presentation(Content). However same is not available in case when we dial through Codian MSE 8510 MCU.

Does it  means that  during multisite dialing, Duo Video Option is not available even though H.239 Protocol is enabled at MCU ?

HI C_kapil.  Yes.  Seems the MCU can't send content to the those endpoints cause the codec doesn't match, or the codec you have selected is not compatible with those endpoints. 

Navigate to  Settings>Content on the MCU if you can.  Outgoing codec, what is that set for? Looks like you have it set to H264.  If the those endpoints don't support duo video on H264, MCU  can't send it content if the outgoing content codec is something it doesn't support.  Try changing to H263 or Auto on the Settings>Content page for the outgoing codec.  If you do, retest and let us know.

Outgoing Codec has been set at 263+ now. Snapshot is enclosed for reference. At MCU Dual Steams are received but not at Far End Endpoint.

HI C-Kapil.  It looks like the MCU is doing its job in sending it to the far end.  Can you test between two MXPs to verify?  I'd also check the stats on PCS-1 to see if its receiving a dual stream or not, but by the looks of things from your snapshot, the MCU is sending it now with the site being the source of the content.  I'd have to check the endpoint side, or PCS-1 to see if its receiving content or not.  The stats may show its receiving it, but can't display it perhaps? 

What is PCS-1 in this call?
