hi everybody,
I need a help
is there any way to find the downtime of the CTS 3010 codec?
I mean, somebody cuted off the electricity of the codecs so is it possible to find the time that is occured?

Hi Onur,
There is no specific command or query which you can run on the CTS endpoint to see the downtime.
The only thing you can do is to pull the TS Suicide logs on the CTS Endpoint which shows the time when CTS Endpoint went for the power off. Then you see the uptime and calculate accordingly.

Hi,
You can see uptime in codec , check rc.log file and see last system restat ( search with restart or shutdown) You can see the last reboot/ restart time and then calculate manually .
