how to get the serial for CTS-T3

Dear All

I am trying to get the serial number for T3 becasue theTCU for T3 is faulty and it needs to replace .

my Question : how to get the serial number for T3 , and where is located to ?  . from the web i didnt find it

where can i find it in chase ?

Do you have the system in TMS, there you might see it.

Besides that, the T3 should consist of multiple C90 codecs,

on the unit as well as on their CLI / webinterface you should be able to find their

serial numbers, which might lead to the main number.

You can also try to look through the documentation:

It should also be somewhere mentioned in the order confirmation of the t3 or of the service contract.

Besides that, simply write a mail to tac@cisco.com and ask how to identify the main serial number of the unit.
