How to reenable SpeakerTrack when disabled from Touch10

I have an MX700D with SpeakerTrack. It is at a remote location.

Apparently the end user used the controls on the Touch 10 to disable SpeakerTrack - it's not zooming in.

Is there a way in the web GUI or command line to check and reenable this?

There isn't any type of configuration option within the web interface to activate SpeakerTrack, however you can with the API through the web interface under Configuration > API, or using SSH.
