in my Windows Jabber Client , the Dial  phone bottom didnt become green when i tried to call like " acano0.meet@cms.abc.com

Have you enabled SIP URI dialing in the Jabber-config.xml and checked “Use FQDN in Requests” on the SIP Profile?
