Hi,

I'm trying to install TE6.0.2 on EX60, however the installation gets stuck when it's proceeding...

The circumstance I have is as below.

--------------------------------------------------------

CUCM version: 9.1.1.10000-11

Previous SW version: TC5.1.4.295090

New SW version: cmterm-ex-te6_0_2.cop.sgn

--------------------------------------------------------

The procedures I took are

----------------------------------------------------------

- upload software on CUCM

- change device default setting of EX60

- restart TFTP server function

- restart EX60

----------------------------------------------------------

I could see EX60 was registered on CUCM but couldn't use web interface...

Also, I tried to install the beta version of TE6.0.2, it's succeeded...

Do I miss something to install TE6.0.2 ?

Thank you in advance !

Hi Shunsuke, not sure where you got this version but latest software release for EX60 is TC6.0.1 :

http://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=283645052&catid=280789323&softwareid=280886992&release=TC6.0.1&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest

Concerning the web access, in CUCM, under Device > Phone > your EX60 > Product Specific Configuration Layout, you should check that Web Access is actually enabled.

Hope that helps!

Regards what Thomas said, yes, you should check in the provisioning on CUCM if web access is enabled,

I think its disabled by default.

Good success :-)
