Call Flow
ISDN > CISCOAS5350 > Internet > SoftSwitch(non-cisco)
Our office fixed line from other telco is forwarded (call divert) to one of our DID's, cisco receives the call then use dial-peer to forward it to a non cisco softswitch.
we are experiencing intermittent one way audio, most of the time it takes 5 calls for the softswitch able to hear the calls.
if DID is called directly, call is ok with no issues, but if landline is forwarded to DID, that is the time we see logs below.
*May 7 10:52:23.786: Potential Mute Call:
*May 7 10:52:23.786: CallID1=119; CallID2=120; ConfID=56
*May 7 10:52:23.786: Leg 1: CallID=119; TX packets: 116; RX packets: 174
*May 7 10:52:23.786: Leg 2: CallID=120; TX packets: 174; RX packets: 116
any help is appreciated.
thanks!

in addition to this, when someone calls the landline number, the extensions of softswitch will ring, then will cut after 10 secs of dead air.
the issue is intermittent. some calls are ok, but most of the time the same issue is experienced.
thanks!

Please add the output of "debug ccsip messages" during one way audio call.
Regards.
